Our Design Vision

2AA is a condo we designed around one repeated idea: soft, glowing arches. The same rounded arch shape shows up again and again, framing the wardrobe, the TV feature wall, the kitchen nook, and even the balcony door, so the whole home feels like one connected story instead of separate rooms. The goal was to make the condo feel calm and a little luxurious, like a quiet retreat rather than just a place to sleep.

We used taupe tones and LED lighting built directly into the arches to give every room a soft glow after dark, without needing harsh overhead lights.

Our Creative Approach

For this 2 Anamalai Avenue condo interior design Singapore project, Brickwood Studio carried the arch shape throughout the home. A curved wardrobe greets you in the hallway, a rounded TV feature wall anchors the living room, and an arched nook by the kitchen holds a built-in bench and terrazzo-top table. Every archway is lined with LED lighting along its edges, so each shape glows softly rather than just sitting there.

A sculptural, rock-textured pendant light hangs above the kitchen table, adding raw texture against the smooth plaster arches. In the bedroom, as part of this arch feature condo renovation, the arch returns once more around the wardrobe mirror, backlit with soft LED strips that wash light down the wall. The balcony takes a different turn: dark walls and ceiling instead of taupe, paired with a warm pendant light and a fluted round table.

Finishing & Styling Highlights

A terrazzo-top table sits in the kitchen nook, paired with a built-in bench for a cosy spot to sit. In the living room, a stone coffee table and a beige boucle sofa keep things calm, while a sculptural, rock-textured pendant adds a bit of raw texture against the smooth plaster arches. The bedroom closes out the story with a curved, backlit wardrobe mirror that glows softly after dark, and the balcony takes on a different mood entirely, with dark walls, a warm pendant light, and a fluted round table.

This 2AA condo interior design project shows how one simple shape, repeated with care, can turn a condo into a calm, connected retreat.
