Our services cover interior design consultation, space planning, renovation project management, and related services for HDB and condominium properties, as described on our Services pages.
Project timelines communicated during consultation are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to material availability, third-party contractor schedules, HDB/MCST approval timelines, and unforeseen site conditions.
Any renovation works for HDB flats are subject to HDB’s renovation guidelines and permit requirements; for condominiums, works are subject to the relevant Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) house rules. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance, though we will assist and advise where applicable.
Payment terms, deposit amounts, and payment schedules will be set out in your individual service agreement/contract with Brickwood Studio, and are not governed by this website.
Any pricing or figures referenced on this website, if any, are indicative only and do not constitute a fixed quotation.
