Our Design Vision

308A TPA is a BTO flat that Brickwood Studio designed around warmth and gentle curves, using round shapes and a soothing, creamy palette to create a home that feels soft rather than sharp. As a newer flat, the goal wasn’t to fix problems, but to build a thoughtful, personal space from the ground up for a young family.

For this 308A Tengah Park Avenue BTO interior design project, we used curved details throughout, oval wall niches, a rounded kitchen island, and soft archways to give the home a playful, welcoming character. Small pops of olive green against the cream base keep the palette calm while still feeling intentional.

Our Creative Approach

For 308A TPA, Brickwood Studio built the design around soft curves and rich wood tones from the very start. The kitchen island uses a travertine-look stone top with a rounded olive green base, echoed again in a smaller reading nook with the same marble finish and gold tap detail. Round wall niches cut into the hallway hold small styled items, a vase, a bird figurine, a soft toy, turning what’s usually dead space into a personal display.

Olive green cabinets add colour against the cream base without overwhelming the palette, and finishing touches like a fluted ceramic vase and a round travertine wall clock keep the styling thoughtful throughout, all part of this BTO renovation Singapore project.

Finishing & Styling Highlights

What makes 308A TPA feel personal is how consistent the materials stay from room to room. The same travertine-look stone connects the kitchen island to the reading nook, so two separate corners of the flat still feel like part of one plan. Olive green shows up more than once too, on the cabinets and echoed in smaller accents, giving the eye something familiar to follow through the home. Even the small collectable figurines dotted around aren’t random; they sit near the niches and shelves the design already built for them, so nothing feels like an afterthought.

It’s this kind of consistency, more than any single feature, that makes this 308A TPA BTO interior design project feel like it already has history.
