Our Design Vision
23 Ann Siang is a multi-floor bar set inside a heritage shophouse, and the goal of this commercial renovation project in Singapore was to turn a historic building into an energetic, modern night-out destination. The existing unit needed a full refresh from top to bottom, while still keeping the character that comes with an old shophouse. The design had to work for groups, couples, and late-night crowds all at once.
We took on this commercial interior design project in Singapore by building everything around dark tones, neon lighting, and playful signage, so it feels lively without losing a sense of intimacy in the smaller corners.
Our Creative Approach
The main bar area sets the tone with a backlit shelf display, warm strip lighting on the liquor shelves, and a curved archway wrapped in purple neon. A patterned, illuminated bar counter and matching barstools add texture without competing with the bottles behind it. Just past the bar, a corridor lined edge to edge in a purple LED grid creates a bold, tunnel-like walk into the next area.
In the private lounge, we leaned into a darker palette: black textured wall panels, leather seating, and a marble-look table, finished off with custom neon signage that adds personality and humor. Even the restroom carries the same warm, late-night glow, with pendant lighting and square tiles.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful hospitality interior design in Singapore can create a cohesive experience across multiple levels while maintaining a strong visual identity.

Finishing & Styling Highlights
The finishing touches bring this 23 Ann Siang Commercial Renovation Singapore project to life after dark. Custom neon signage adds humor and personality to the private lounge, while warm strip lighting turns the liquor shelves into a feature instead of just storage. The purple LED corridor and archway trim carry the same neon thread from the bar into the walkway, so the design feels connected as guests move through. Even the restroom gets the same attention, with a warm pendant light and soft, late-night tones that match the mood set everywhere else.
